Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required
✔ Valid Teaching Certification
A state- or province-issued teaching license or certificate (K–12 level preferred)
ESL certification such as TESOL/TEFL is a plus
✔ Teaching Experience
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in public, private, or charter schools (domestic or international)
Online teaching experience is a bonus but not required
✔ Technical Requirements
To ensure smooth online teaching, you must have:
A Windows computer with Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher
A stable high-speed internet connection
Ability to teach using the Classpod platform (system compatibility test required)
Teaching Schedule & Compensation⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8):
Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged
⌛ Minimum Commitment:
10 hours per week
Flexible scheduling based on your availability
Ideal for teachers looking to build a consistent schedule or gradually increase hours
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $14–$24 USD/hour
