Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Develop and maintain data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and using data to support business goals.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and data analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Solid knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
