- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.

- Utilize strong emotional intelligence to handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to team leads on recurring issues to improve service levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and to resolve any outstanding issues.
- Make informed decisions on customer inquiries while balancing the company’s policies and customer needs.

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and managing multiple chat/conversation threads simultaneously.
- Strong emotional intelligence to connect with customers and address their concerns empathetically.
- Solid decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate issues and offer appropriate solutions.
- Energetic and hardworking personality to handle the demands of customer service effectively.
