Requirements:
0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in computer software and technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
Certification in customer service or a related field
