Online Communications Specialist

As an Online Communications Specialist at American Airlines Group in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will be responsible for managing the online communication strategies for the company. -Develop and implement online communication strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business goals

-Collaborate with internal teams to align online communication efforts with overall company objectives
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communication to ensure the company remains competitive
-Manage online crisis communication strategies and respond promptly to any issues or negative feedback
-Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance online communication efforts
Requirements:
-2 years of experience in online communications or a related field
-Dedicated and resourceful with a strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content
-Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Experience with online analytics tools and data analysis
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
