Vector Topographic Map Illustrator (4 Locations, Brand Guided)
I am redesigning our corporate office environment and need an experienced illustrator to create clean, modern vector topographic maps for four locations that are important to our company story:
- Winter Park, Florida
- Maitland, Florida
- Athens, Georgia
- Brunswick, Georgia
These maps will be used in large-format wall coverings and design elements, so the work must be precise, scalable, and consistent across all four illustrations.
I have attached a reference image to communicate the general style of topographic linework.
What We Need:
Create four custom vector topographic map illustrations that:
1. Use accurate topographic contour lines with a modern, minimal aesthetic
2. Clearly highlight water features (lakes, rivers, coastline where relevant)
3. Include a clear sense of sea level and elevation changes via contour density and structure
Mark and label company-relevant sites on individual layers, including:
- Hillpointe Corporate Office (Winter Park, FL)
- Pointe Grand Headquarters (Maitland, FL)
- Construction Operations Office (Athens, GA)
- Pointe Grand and Pointe Villas properties (Brunswick, GA)
Brand and Style Requirements
1. Must follow strict brand guidelines (provided upon hire)
2. Clean, professional, modern look
3. Consistent line weights, spacing, and labeling system across all four maps
4. Final artwork must be suitable for print production, wall coverings, and large-format output
Deliverables - Please provide:
- Editable vector files (Adobe Illustrator AI preferred)
- Exported SVG and print-ready PDF for each map
- Maps delivered as layered files, with separate layers for:
- Contour lines
- Water features
- Labels
- Location markers
Up to 2 revision rounds included
Ideal Freelancer:
- Strong illustrator with clean vector linework experience
