Ongoing BPO for 6 bedroom airbnb
A fluent English speaker, who can update and send an email and sms communication to air bob guests with door codes that change regularly.
The Airbnb has 6 individual bedrooms, and each can be booked separately through booking.com airbnb and our own website and all bookings are managed on a system called guest diary by accubook.
Customers access the building 24/7 using a 4 digit code for the front door which is different for each bedroom. And there is a lock box beside each bedroom door which has the key to that room, and its code changes after each guest visit.
There is a booking system which informs you daily exactly who is checking in to each bedroom on that day. Your task is to on the days where there are guests expected, you email each guest the welcome email from a defined template, include the current room code for that room and the front door code. The same information is to be sent via SMS to their mobile device.
The day before the booking, you will need to trigger the payment to be taken. This is a quick task through accubook.
