• Lead customer implementations as the project clinical lead
• Analyze clinical workflows and optimize for better patient outcomes
• Gather detailed requirements from customers through remote analysis
• Develop customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices
• Support product training and implementation through various methods
• Drive gap analysis between current and future state workflows
• Assist customers in developing best practice clinical operations
Requirements
• Clinical experience and knowledge in radiation therapy or oncology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Experience with workflow optimization in healthcare settings
