Onboarding Specialist & Client Success Manager – AI Agency (Part-Time, Remote)
RapidTask AI helps healthcare clinics across North America grow their patient base using AI-powered voice agents, reactivation systems, and automated marketing. We're a fast-growing agency and we're building out our team to match.
The Role You'll be the main point of contact for new clients from the moment they sign — handling onboarding, managing project timelines, and providing ongoing support. You're the person clients trust, and you'll work closely with our internal team to make sure deliverables are on track and clients are getting results.
This starts as a part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) with a clear path to full-time as we scale.
What You'll Be Doing
• Onboarding new clinic clients and walking them through setup step by step
• Managing client timelines and tasks in Asana
• Serving as the primary point of contact for client questions and support requests
• Coordinating internally between our technical team and clients
• Keeping clients informed, engaged, and on track toward their goals
• Logging updates and client communication in Google Workspace and Slack
You're a Fit If You:
• Are highly organized and thrive managing multiple clients or projects at once
• Communicate clearly and professionally — written and verbal
• Have experience in account management, client success, project coordination, or onboarding
• Are proactive: you spot issues before clients do and solve them quickly
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Asana, or similar tools is a strong asset
• Background or interest in marketing, SaaS, AI, or agency environments is a plus
Compensation
• $800–$1,200 CAD/month based on experience + upsell comissions
• Part-time with full-time potential — compensation scales as the role grows
• Performance bonuses introduced as you take on more responsibility
