Overview:
SUMMARYThe Onboarding Consultant at RealPage is a critical member of the Consulting team. He/she will be working closely with existing customers to onboard additional assets to their portfolio. As an Onboarding Consultant, he/she will be responsible for coordinating the various efforts needed to successfully deploy the RealPage solution platform.Throughout a project, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for establishing a deployment schedule, collecting and validating required deliverables, and ensuring we deliver our solutions to meet the customers needs.As a trusted advisor, he/she is a success implementation leader and is tasked with ultimately providing an amazing client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESImplementation Ownership: Lead the implementation experience for our add-on customers.Mitigate Risk: Take independent action to identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation project.Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, then analyze, decide and build out a project schedule to meet those expectations.Maintain Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the progress of their implementation, answer their questions, and address and resolve any concerns promptly.Collect Deliverables: Consult with customers determine, guide and gather necessary documents, data, and other deliverables required for successful onboarding.Monitor Progress: Continuously track the progress of projects, analyze and identify potential bottlenecks, and take immediate action to proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.Complex Project: Will be responsible for leading implementations projects for our larger, more complex customers.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS Required:Experience Managing complex projects and portfoliosWorking with RealPage products or Multifamily industry6 years of proven experience in implementation and/or project managementKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Required:Strong communication, presentation, and relational skills, capable of synthesizing complex information to stakeholders of various technical backgroundsCapable of simultaneously leading multiple projects over several monthsStrong attention to detail and documentationAbility to work independently and as part of a team, including stay connected with various internal and external cross-functional teamsSelf-motivated and comfortable owning onboarding target metricsCustomer-focused mindset and a commitment to ensuring customer success Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds. Pay Range:
USD $70,700.00 - USD $120,300.00 /Yr.
