About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. This is a temp-to-hire position with the potential for growth and development.You'll be working remotely, with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, and a full benefits package offered upon permanent hire. Key Responsibilities: * Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. * Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. * Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.* Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience. * Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. * Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. * Previous customer service experience, with a comfortable working knowledge of bolthires Office and the ability to train in Salesforce. * Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.* High School Diploma or GED. PreferredQualifications: * Previous experience in the healthcare industry. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
