On Premises or Of Premises Input Clerk

We are currently seeking an On/Off Premises Input Clerk to join our team and assist in the management of data input for our various research projects.
The On/Off Premises Input Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data from various sources into our system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of data management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of data input systems and be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input data accurately and efficiently from various sources into our database system
• Verify the accuracy of data input and make necessary corrections as needed
• Keep track of all data input and document any discrepancies or issues
• Communicate with team members to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with data analysis and quality control to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
• Handle large volumes of data in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all data protection policies
• Generate reports and prepare presentations using data collected
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a research or data-driven environment
• Proven experience working with data input systems and software, such as Excel, SPSS, or other database programs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Proficient in data management and familiar with data analysis methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
