On-Call Staffing Coordinator- Weekends
Job Title: Weekend Staffing Coordinator and Clerical Assistant
Type: On call Friday night through Sunday night.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and organized On-Call Weekend Scheduler and Clerical Assistant to join our team at CarePRN, a leading provider of home care services. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling visits, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the operational team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during the weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
Manage and coordinate weekend schedules for HHAs and CNAs
Respond to calls and messages regarding schedule changes, cancellations, or urgent needs.
Ensure proper coverage in the event of call-ins/ cancellations.
Maintain and update scheduling software with accurate information in real-time.
Clerical Support:
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork as assigned.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing information and redirecting inquiries as needed.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and clients on weekends.
Communicate with caregiving professionals, clients, and their families to confirm appointments and resolve any scheduling issues.
Work with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure continuity of care and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
On-Call Availability:
Be available during weekend hours (e.g., Friday evening through Monday evening) to respond to urgent requests or changes in patient care needs.
Handle unexpected events such as last-minute cancellations or staffing shortages with efficiency and professionalism.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $400.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 per week
