They lead and coordinate teams of workers, manage resources, and interface with other departments or contractorsProvide direct support to contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of pipeline components, associated above-ground installations (AGIs), main station terminals (MSTs), and EITS infrastructureExecute responsibilities as assigned by the designated Lot Representative within the given construction work packagesPromote and enforce safety procedures and culture both on and off-siteSupervise and regularly inspect civil and complex structural works, proactively identifying and addressing safety risksEnsure contractors clearly understand the scope of civil and structural fabrication activitiesAssist the Lot Representative with field coordination and participate in meetings to monitor and report on schedule progress, contractor performance, material usage, and vendor compliancePerform ongoing site inspections to verify that construction aligns with "Approved for Construction" (AFC) drawingsReceive on-the-job guidance and technical instructions from supervisors and engineers as part of work executionOversee field survey activities for all precast, civil, structural prefabrication, and building construction effortsSupport inspection activities according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including surveillance and hold pointsMonitor and approve pre-pour inspections and confirm readiness to proceedVerify dimensional accuracy in line with project specificationsOversee the interface and availability of raw materials used in prefabrication (e.g., rebar, concrete, waterproofing systems, additives, embedded components)Confirm contractors are working from final, approved drawing revisionsEnsure synchronization between prefabrication and installation schedulesOperate within a diverse, multicultural environment while upholding high ethical standards and compliance with company conduct policiesInterpret structural steel design drawings and technical specificationsCollaborate with site teams to guarantee proper installation of steel structuresInspect steel fabrication and erection work to ensure adherence to design and quality standardsConduct structural reviews and prepare detailed field reports, including non-conformance documentation when applicable.Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors during constructionMonitor civil and structural work activities for compliance with safety and quality proceduresWhat makes you remarkable?
