*Job Summary* We are seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment equipment to ensure the proper treatment of water and transferring of hydrocarbons *Responsibilities* - Conduct water treatment processes including analyzing, building, and maintaining treatment systems - Operate and maintain heavy equipment used in water treatment processes - Monitor and adjust chemical feed rates - Collect and analyze water samples for quality control - Utilize distributed control systems to monitor and control treatment processes - Perform basic mathematical calculations related to water treatment processes *Requirements* - Prior experience in water treatment or related field - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance - Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes - Ability to operate pumps and gas busters - Proficiency in data collection and record-keeping - Basic math skills for calculations related to water treatment - Experience with distributed control systems is a plus Flowback water treatment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 90 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 12 hour shift * Extended hours * On call * Overtime Location: * Louisiana (Required) Ability to Commute: * Louisiana (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
