We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an Office or Off Site Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat on our website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
ā¢ Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
ā¢ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
ā¢ Monitor chat queue and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Prior experience in customer service or support role preferred
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
