As a Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of this dynamic environment, working with game-changing clients and advancing your experience in the telecom industry. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication. Your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking the product/service installation process. Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels. Preparing reports as requested and educating customers on blithequark products and services. Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity. Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence and responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources. Completing special operational and client projects as assigned and acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers. Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager/Supervisor and coordinating and processing off-line orders. Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience. 2-5 years of experience in a related area, with a strong background in data entry and MS Excel. Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with at least 3 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: A background in payroll or commission processing, with at least 1 year of experience. Experience working in the telecom industry or a related field. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and productivity. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
