Office Manager/Dispatcher
We are looking for our next Rockstar! We are looking for someone who is customer service obsessed! This candidate will have the ability to multi-task and be innovative. We want you to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team as well as look for inefficiencies.. You must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others. You will be supporting team members by maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules, and dispatch the technicians as service calls are received. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. You must be able to communicate clearly to employees and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead times. Experience with Service Titan is required. This is a remote position.
Daily Duties: Take incoming calls, Schedule and coordinate jobs through Housecall Pro, Create tickets for service calls, Maintain the dispatch board, Maintain the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling , database information , customer files, and renewals, update customer files as information is received from installation. Accounts receivable, Accounts payable
Other duties as assigned-call in payroll, work with outside accountants for tax filing, maintain customer history, check service time cards.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
