Become part of YAZIO’s mission to make it the most successful nutrition app worldwide—starting right from the heart of our team environment!This role combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Erfurt, ideally suiting candidates based in the surrounding areas.YOUR MISSIONHandle office operations and take care of all incoming and outgoing physical mail in our Erfurt officeSupport the organization of team-wide events such as company retreats, department and squad daysManage the ordering and distribution of hardware and welcome packages for new team membersSupport marketing efforts by organizing and shipping branded merchandise and marketing packagesBe the go-to person for everyday office needs and help cultivate a great employee experience on site in ErfurtYOUR PROFILECurrently studying (e.g., business administration, communications or a related field), or bring relevant experience from previous positionsStructured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detailFluency in English and German, coupled with excellent written communicationA proactive mindset and problem-solving attitudeReliable team player excited to contribute to a meaningful missionYou are available for approximately 16–20 hours per week.
