UMR, UnitedHealthcare's third-party administrator (TPA) solution, is seeking an experienced professional who is business savvy, technical and loves to stay busy, own projects, and interact/collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
This position will act as a liaison between our UMR business and IT teams, working to translate business marketing offers into condition logic. You'll be expected to ensure our offers matrix is set up in a scalable manner that allows for UMR business growth along with supporting our uniquely branded partnerships. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional team members, establish trust and credibility in a matrix organization, as well as demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work independently with key stakeholders to bring together cross-functional teams to collaborate on shared initiatives
Oversee migration efforts from current offers engine to Adobe platform including planning, execution and reporting on progress to senior leadership
Design, develop, and implementing new marketing offers using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Monitor UMR's offers matrix and supports ongoing maintenance and operations inclusive of testing, enhancements, and defect resolution
Collaborate with larger UMR product teams to create and maintain a roadmap for future offers matrix enhancements including identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies in the matrix
Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change
Create comprehensive documentation on best practices and guidelines for offers orchestration
Work with key stakeholders to develop a robust reporting framework that can be used to enhance the member experience and show value to our customers

Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize offers based on specific attributes
Database skills - expertise in databases such as SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.
Demonstrated solid ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and IT partners
Demonstrated solid implementation, coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or other offers engines
Experience in health care/health insurance or pharmacy industry
Experience working independently, leading solutioning, managing and prioritizing deliverables for projects with multiple requirements, timelines and milestones
History of working cross functionally and navigating a matrixed environment in a large company
Comfortable communicating with and presenting to marketing and business leaders

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
