We're looking for a Off-Site SEO Team Lead to take our link-building and digital PR efforts to the next level. You’ll be joining a fast-paced team that’s always on the move - analyzing trends, executing strategies, and ensuring our brand remains a dominant force in the cybersecurity space. If you’re passionate about SEO, strategic outreach, and digital authority-building, this role is for you. Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-impact off-site SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and domain authority.
Lead and mentor a team of link builders and outreach specialists.
Oversee backlink acquisition and brand mention strategies to maximize impact.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Ensure all off-site SEO efforts align with E-E-A-T principles and industry best practices.
Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and cybersecurity trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with content, marketing, and PR initiatives. Core Requirements
3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in cybersecurity, tech, or SaaS industries.
Experience leading and managing an SEO team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of white-hat link-building and securing high-quality backlinks.
Strong expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic.
Deep understanding of Google’s ranking algorithms and ethical link-building practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and relationship-building.
Ability to analyze backlink profiles, assess risk, and optimize link-building efforts.
Experience with digital PR and influencer outreach is a plus. Salary Range
