Location: Remote (Periodic visits to principal contractor / client offices in Rockville or Gaithersburg, Maryland will be required to attend meetings)

Job Description:
Microsoft Architect/Subject Matter Expert
The subcontractor must be an expert in M365 Power Platform Development - Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (Canvas apps and Dataverse), Power Pages and Power BI.
ā¢ Must have experience serving as Tier 2 support when issues are escalated from Tier 1
ā¢ Must have expertise w/ Microsoft CoPilot
ā¢ Must have expertise with Teams, Stream, Forms, Planner and Delve.
ā¢ Must have knowledge and understanding of standard change management procedures using Atlassian Jira and Bitbucket.
ā¢ Must have experience with Azure services like Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps
ā¢ Must be a great collaborator among other contractor support teams.
ā¢ Must have experience with security configurations of these M365 platforms.
The Subcontractor shall provide the services that include, but not limited to:
ā¢ Performs complex and advanced architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation in support of system development, engineering analysis and research.
ā¢ Leads in the integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system.
ā¢ Works directly with senior technical personnel, program managers, and external organizations in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of multiple complex technical solutions related to a program's system and technical product development.
ā¢ Provide architectural design of visualization Dashboards, Reports and Apps using power BI Desktop and Services Platform, SharePoint Plugins. Dataverse and SSRS reporting tool.
ā¢ Work with Power Platform stakeholders to identify changes that need to be made on their individual systems.
ā¢ Designing and implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
ā¢ Create new, maintain existing and assist customers with creating interactive, immersive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
ā¢ Perform impact analysis on the change request and estimate the LOE.
ā¢ Modify the system and conduct testing to ensure the change meets requirements.
ā¢ Review system data structures, customer requirements, application format and functionality, as well as recommend improvements, enhancements and/or changes to the systems, provide analytics, and maintain technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
ā¢ Create and maintain an upgrade plan of all software necessary to operate the system and upgrade the system components in accordance with the plan.
ā¢ Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot Power Platform components
ā¢ Integrate systems and convert data; Build Power Apps; Automate processes; Build Power BI reports and build Power Pages to connect them to Dataverse for data storage and management and integrate with other Power Platform components.
ā¢ Must have strong communication skills, both orally and written.
Must provide complete documentation of required services, including relevant SOP's.
ā¢ Must meet client security and compliance requirements.
SKILLS
For labor category qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of technical and related experience in:
ā¢ SharePoint Online Developer and SharePoint Server 2013
ā¢ Microsoft Power Apps, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
ā¢ Strong experience with models driven apps
ā¢ SharePoint Plugins and SSRS reporting tool
ā¢ SharePoint content and site migrations.
ā¢ Microsoft SQL Server 2016
ā¢ Microsoft Windows Server 2016
ā¢ tlassian Jira and Bitbucket
ā¢ Microsoft 365 applications
ā¢ Exposure to AI/ML integration within DevOps pipelines.
ā¢ Possess requisite knowledge and expertise so recognized in the professional community that the Government can qualify the individual as a competent in the field.

Place of performance shall be remote telework. The core business hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm EST to provide support to the M365 Power Platform and Cloud Services Support contract
