Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for students in a classroom, lab, clinical, and online settings
Create and implement lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that align with program goals and objectives
Provide regular and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance, professionalism, and conduct
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
Participate in ongoing faculty and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with colleagues and program directors to ensure program quality and effectiveness
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered RN license and privilege to practice nursing in the state of employment
BSN from an accredited nursing school required; MSN preferred
3 years of clinical experience; teaching experience preferred
Clinical Instructor: 1 year of documented experience in the area of instruction
Theory Instructor: 2 years of professional nursing clinical experience
Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications and obtain approval from the regulatory board
