Nurse Practitioner- Mon-Fri|Days| Flexible Start| Remote Charting

position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Schedule: Mon-Fri ( Days) Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Lebanon, VA • 8 hour days 9am-5pm ( Flexible Start time) • Remote Charting allowed after patients are seen. • Exceptional Support Team Key Responsibilities • Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities. • Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and manage therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership. • Document patient encounters in EMR systems with dictation support. • Ensure compliance with facility and healthcare regulations. • Maintain accurate records, billing, and claims. Required Skills & Attributes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Empathy and compassion in patient care. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Education & Experience • 1+ year of NP/PA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply). • Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, ER, Hospitalist, or General Practice is highly valued. • Current state NP/PA license and DEA certification required.
