About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team near Fairchilds, TX! This school-based position offers a great opportunity to support students from Pre-K through 12th grade in developing crucial speech and language skills, enabling them to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering therapy services to students.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
• Help students improve their communication skills, including speech, language, and social communication.
• Monitor and document student progress and provide feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.

Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
