Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time, school-based position in the Hoquiam, WA area. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about student health and wellness and can contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
Requirements to Apply:
Active Washington State RN license
Must hold or be eligible for an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
CPR/BLS certification required
Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing services including assessments, health screenings, and medication administration
Monitor and manage chronic health conditions for students
Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside healthcare providers
Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state guidelines
Support the implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
