Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Jest
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases
Identify, document, and track defects in CRM software products
Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality
Assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments
Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and improve overall product quality
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and testing methodologies to continuously improve testing processes
Essential Qualifications
2+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Jest
Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases
Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in CRM software products
Regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality
Ability to assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with PHP Laravel, React, and Vue is a plus
Understanding of front-end and back-end testing techniques
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
Experience with version control systems like Git
