This position offers a competitive wage plus a $6 per hour shift differential for night shifts, enhancing our commitment to our staff's work-life balance and professional development. Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed patient therapy plan. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Administer medications, perform routine nursing procedures, and document patient progress. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Initiate patient education and preparation for home healthcare or transition to non-acute care settings. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Skill in the use of medical technologies and software for patient care and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in the state of employment.
