Nonprofit Law Attorney (Remote | Entry Level | Full-Time)

(If the mission of “helping companies and individuals start and grow nonprofits that impact the world” does not resonate with you - please do not apply) About the Role You will guide nonprofit founders through legal matters such as forming their organizations, maintaining compliance, securing trademarks, and understanding IRS requirements. You will use our internal templates, tools, and structured systems for every case. You must enjoy working in an environment where processes are clear and followed each day. What You Will Do • Manage a steady caseload using firm templates, checklists, and workflows. • Join weekly Zoom meetings with new clients to explain next steps and answer questions. • Communicate with clients in a warm and professional way. • Follow our internal email policy that requires responses within 48 business hours. • Learn our systems and be open to coaching and training. • Track case progress and stay organized from open to close. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive culture. What We Are Looking For • Attorney licensed in at least one U.S. state. (no disciplinary history) • Strong writing and communication skills. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Someone who likes a structured environment with clear processes. • Teachable mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. • Enjoys helping mission driven clients who are making a difference. • Looking for a stable, long term position with room to grow.
