Job Overview As a Global Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administration for American Airlines' online booking tool and profile tool sites globally. You will work closely with client management and service delivery teams to ensure online program connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading airline and be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of travel. Key Responsibilities Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with online fulfillment operations, online providers, and client technologies teams. Liaise with online fulfillment and navigational office leadership regarding service, client specifics, continuity planning, and upcoming technical changes. Monitor online team performance, analyzing transaction types, fulfillment processes, and reject reasons to identify opportunities for improvement. Support clients in communicating goals and opportunities for online tool enhancements, new functionality testing, and regional capabilities. Maintain relationships with client technical contacts, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and knowledge of SSO applications, tool integration, and information security standards. Develop and conduct client seminars regarding online tool usage, using online, self-directed, and in-person venues as applicable. Provide assistance to client online users regarding access to tools, second-level support services, user questions, and individualized training. Manage processes for file downloads, uploads, and distribution for user additions, changes, and deletions in online booking tool and profile databases. Compile and release global monthly scorecard results and support global document delivery/correx. Essential Qualifications Thorough knowledge of the business travel industry, with experience supporting online booking tools and profile management. Knowledge of Concur OBT, CONNECT Portal, SABRE GDS, and Correx. Extensive customer service skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and effectively utilize technology via web or GBT reporting tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage up and set expectations to manage workflow and expected ETAs. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of travel industry trends and developments. Certifications or training in travel industry-related fields.
