To further expand our presence in the South Asian market and ensure full compliance with local regulations in India, we are planning to establish a corporate entity in the country. In accordance with Indian company law, we are seeking a local nominee director to assist with the company registration and related compliance matters. This is a non-operational role, with responsibilities primarily focused on statutory requirements such as identity verification and document signing. It does not involve participation in daily operations or financial decisions.

Key Details:
Work Mode: Remote; no involvement in daily operations
Working Hours: Flexible, typically less than 1 hour per day

Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
No criminal record or negative credit history
Valid and stable tax identity (if applicable)
Primary Responsibilities:
Support compliance during company setup (acting as nominee director during incorporation)
Sign required statutory documents (e.g., for company registration or bank account opening)
Provide representative support for compliance purposes (liaising with local agents or authorities)
Note: This role does not include any operational or financial management duties
