**Experienced Full Stack Senior Engineer – Aircraft Maintenance and Designing Operations**

As a Senior Engineer in our Designing Group within the Coordinated Tasks Division, you will be at the forefront of designing and maintaining the most advanced aircraft systems, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Senior Engineer at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing new aircraft systems to collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will be responsible for providing expert designing support to the maintenance and operation of aircraft and related equipment, as well as establishing and maintaining aircraft and part standards within areas of responsibility. **What You'll Do** * Conduct training for Specialists in areas of expertise * Serve as a mentor to other Engineers * Lead project teams or facilitate issue resolution as a group leader * Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists, as required, to ensure that designing practices are properly validated according to material standards and Company manuals * Develop tailored methods and special procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, adjustments, and other maintenance activities that are not adequately addressed in existing manuals * Stay informed about daily airline activities, including areas of responsibility, and review daily needs according to aircraft/departmental targets and management mandates * Investigate aircraft/part issues that may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine suitable corrective actions * Provide designing support as needed to restore operational status in the event of discrepant circumstances affecting aircraft or parts * Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions when technical support is required to assist tasks or resolve issues * Develop activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part designing projects and pursue definitive actions according to evaluated needs * Collaborate with other airline divisions, as required, to facilitate effective and efficient execution of designing practices * Develop designing documents to implement technical practices by providing customized methods for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance activities that provide benefits according to aircraft/departmental targets and management mandates * Maintain knowledge of current and forthcoming regulations that affect areas of responsibility and ensure that all designing activities maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements * Utilize available resources to enhance levels of technical expertise and practical experience continuously, as well as to improve communication skills, time management, and other individual characteristics relevant to maximum effectiveness and efficiency in performing assigned duties **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Training and prior professional experience + Four-year degree in a Designing field or related Designing license + One year of designing experience in a related field or two years of experience without a degree * Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications: + A&P license + Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications + Ability to analyze technical information and make data-driven decisions + Demonstrated fitness, capacity, and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities + Ability to prepare/present presentations that promote awareness of solutions + Ability to interact with internal and external clients effectively **What You'll Get** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical benefits: On your first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
