Responsibilities: Quickly Learn Master Sales Processes and Systems
Manage daily operations
Oversee multiple personnel
Help with onboarding and training
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence including active listening and problem-solving
Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
Works well with others and individually
Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
LAH license
