Responsibilities:
Ā A successful inbound receiving system requires precise coordination between suppliers, warehouse staff, and tracking systems to ensure items are accurately received and distributed
Ā Coordinate with the outbound department to pick and pack customer orders in the appropriate temperature-controlled area, such as the chilled section, freezer, or ambient
Ā Dispatching assistance is essential for the fulfillment center to enable the efficient loading and movement of customer orders
Ā Meeting productivity goals may also involve acquiring new skills and knowledge to enhance one's abilities and effectiveness
Ā Rotate between different positions in inbound, outbound, and dispatch teams to optimize productivity
Ā Take care of any trivial production-related challenges, or request support from higher management if needed
Ā Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by following precise quality guidelines and accuracy measures in fulfilling orders
Ā Follow all prescribed operational procedures to achieve optimal efficiency in your work area
Ā Follow established safety and food safety procedures, and immediately inform management of any equipment issues or safety concerns
Ā Foster a culture of innovation and creativity by encouraging team members to share new ideas and concepts. This can be facilitated through team brainstorming sessions or ideation workshops
