Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled OTR Truck Driver to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates and experienced truck drivers alike. What We Offer:
? Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
? Training: Paid training (4?6 weeks) 650$
? Home Time: Every two weeks (2 full days off)
? Freight: 100% no-touch freight (live load/unload, drop & hook)
? Trucks: Automatic trucks (average age: 1.5 years)
? Orientation Pay: $300 upon hiring
? Bonuses: Monthly performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:
? Safely operate trucks to deliver freight to various locations
? Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
? Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
? Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
? Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
Job Requirements:
? Valid CDL-A
? Must be 21+ years old
? No at-fault accidents in the past 5 years
? Experience: Not Required
? Ability to operate various truck types, including automatic vehicles
Preferred Skills:
? Strong communication skills
? Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
? Ability to work independently and be a team player
? Attention to detail and safety procedures
? Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required)
