Position Summary We're seeking a highly skilled Night Shift Logistics Specialist to join our remote team based in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless appointment scheduling with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders. Your role is critical in optimizing our Field Inspectors' routes, ensuring timely arrivals, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and confirm details Answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns Route and place appointments for our nationwide Field Inspectors to minimize drive time and ensure on-time arrivals Monitor emails and scheduling requests to stay updated on customer needs Verify appointment confirmations and routing to prevent miscommunications Collaborate with internal teams to complete daily tasks efficiently Escalate customer issues to resolve complex problems promptly Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives Whom You Are We're looking for a professional who embodies our core values: a people pleaser with a calm demeanor, dependability, empathy, enthusiasm, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset.
