A remote contractor is needed for a NICE Subject Matter Expert role to identify data fields and API integration to our client's Data Lake. Very high level expert in NICE, needs to know all the front end back end and everything in between having to do with NICE CXone. Call Center expertise is a must.
• IVR and Call Center data expertise
• Also strong API integration expertise.
