Nexthink Architect/Consultant
Candidate should have experience on Nexthink tool as consultant and administrator. • Should have experience managing Nexthink Experience and Nexthink Infinity platform. • Knowledge about migration to Nexthink Infinity. • PowerShell scripting knowledge is must. • Should be able to create custom dashboard, remote actions, campaigns to meet specific business requirement. • Become a Nexthink SME and thought leader, to drive the business value of the Nexthink Platform and solutions. • Should be able to define strategic roadmap on Nexthink for the customer and align it to overall workplace services roadmap. • Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates ROI for the customer. • Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions such as Service management, Security, Network, to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can add value. • Ensures that Nexthink collector versions are upto date in the environment. • Ensures timely reporting of key deliverables on monthly basis from Nexthink platform. • Candidate should be able to coordinate with workplace Support Team in analysing and troubleshooting issues using Nexthink. • Work under minimal direction, and independently determine and develop approaches to complex IT solutions. • Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed to meet the client requirement.
