CR Design is seeking a Project Manager / Architect / Designer with a strong BIM (Revit) focus to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of project types — from luxury residential to hospitality design — and to be involved in every stage, from concept through construction.
Position Details:
• Part-time / Hybrid role with the potential to grow into full-time
• Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as we expand as a young, design and project delivery driven firm
What you’ll do:
• Lead and support projects from design through completion
• Develop and manage detailed Revit models
• Oversee construction progress and quality
• Review contracts, coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Balance design creativity with technical precision
What we’re looking for:
• 5–8+ years of experience in architecture or design
• Strong Revit / BIM expertise
• Experience with construction administration and contracts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Licensure a plus (not required)
