This role demands strategic thinking, deep market insight, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product direction and go-to-market strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct and Market Strategy:Spearhead initiatives to identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities, conducting thorough feasibility analyses, market research, and competitive assessmentsDevelop and own comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch executionLead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful execution of product launches and expansionsContinuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to iterate and optimize product strategies and offeringsStrategic Project Leadership:Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and success metricsOwn accountability for product strategy outcomes, ensuring project milestones are met and strategic objectives are achievedCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, engineers, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiativesProvide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and market intelligenceAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements5-6 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles within high-growth tech startups or established technology companiesProven success in leading new product launches or entering new markets, demonstrating clear strategic vision and executional rigorExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindsetStrong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, able to align diverse teams and stakeholders toward shared goalsAutonomous and ownership-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environmentsRelentless focus on execution and delivering tangible business outcomesWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
