Job Description
Required Education: Bachelor''s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required license/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Ā• Data Analysis Project Experience: Proven experience in leading data analysis projects within the insurance industry.
Ā• Data Lake Transformations: Expertise in designing and managing data lake transformations.
Ā• Digital Solutions: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the insurance sector.
Ā• AI Automation: Experience with implementing AI-driven automation in data processes.
Ā• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ā• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Ā• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data project management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Ā• Data analysis and project management experience.
Ā• AI Automation experience required.

Data Project Manager Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Project Manager to lead data analysis and design for data lake transformations supporting digital solutions. The ideal candidate will drive AI automation throughout the pre-placement and data collection processes.

Data Project Manager Duties:
Ā• Project Leadership: Manage data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Ā• Data Analysis and Design: Lead data analysis and design efforts for data lake transformations, supporting digital solutions.
Ā• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Ā• AI Automation: Implement AI-driven automation throughout the pre-placement and data collection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ā• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with data projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Ā• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular reports to senior management.
