Who Are We Looking For The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Strategy, this position requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, as well as the ability to leverage marketing automation tools to create personalized experiences at scale within a privacy-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies, encompassing all stages of the customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion). Regularly report on the performance of lifecycle marketing programs to senior leadership. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing programs. Set the vision and roadmap for lifecycle marketing, aligning with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, customer success, compliance, and clinical ops) to ensure alignment and effective execution. Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, flows, and transactional communications (email, in-app messaging, SMS, etc.). Develop and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and insights that inform retention strategies. Partner with Brand Marketing team to launch patient facing surveys to gather zero party insights. Lead and develop a team of lifecycle marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in lifecycle marketing. Manage and optimize the use of lifecycle marketing platforms and tools. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or related field. 1-2 years managing a team. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred. Relevant experience is also a consideration. Ability to navigate a highly regulated market with considerations of privacy, PHI, & HIPAA. Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation. Experience with lifecycle martech tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Experience with SMS and push notification marketing.
