A Brief Overview

We are looking for a distinctive candidate to aid in the development of our Supplemental Health product solutions, lead the development of product strategy and product marketing and messaging, assist in the evaluation of supplemental health market analysis and participate in driving new product and service development. As part of the Supplemental Health Product team, a successful candidate will need to be resourceful, leverage available internal and external information, manage initiative timelines, and build/maintain strong working relationships across the organization. A successful candidate must be able to provides expertise and thought leadership, contributing to strategic planning, aid in market research, help to drive profitable sales and revenue growth, deliver product and service innovation, help to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance. While part of a broader team, the candidate must be able to act independently in a fast-moving environment, where you will be aiding in the making of informed strategic and tactical decisions which will guide the organization's growth and success.

Position Summary/What You Will Do
• Act as a subject matter expert on Aetna Supplemental Health products and services and convey information clearly to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Leads and oversees product marketing efforts including the development and positioning of Supplemental Health value proposition.
• Collaborates on Supplemental Health Product development (for both product design and services), requirements, specifications, and roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to create clear product/service vision and achievable goals.
• Assesses market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and drive the development of innovative and competitive products.
• Works cross functionally to manage multiple initiatives including timelines, risks, contingency plans and deliverables.
• Collaborates across business partners, including incorporating feedback from our clients and members, to evolve provider navigation, product strategy, and associated roadmap.
• Assists in the management of product portfolios, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
• Provides support for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) during peak times.
• Provides additional compliance support for Supplemental Health products

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of voluntary, worksite industry, and/or insurance industry
• Voluntary/Supplemental Health experience and product knowledge (Accident, Critical illness, and Hospital Indemnity)
• Marketing/Communications skills
• Experience leading cross functional project management initiatives.
• Advanced communication/presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to ongoing change, think outside of the box and be truly distinctive.
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of the Supplemental Health/Voluntary regulatory environment.

Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
