As a Network Engineer I, you will support LAN/WAN implementations and resolve issues in a corporate network environment, ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites and platforms.ResponsibilitiesMonitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliabilityUse network monitoring tools to identify and resolve issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot network problems, including hardware and software issuesProvide technical support to end-users and resolve connectivity issuesAssist in configuring and installing network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewallsSupport the setup and maintenance of wireless networksMaintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and proceduresGenerate reports on network performance and incidentsAssist in implementing network security measures, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systemsEnsure network compliance with organizational policies and industry standardsWork closely with senior network engineers and other IT staff to support network projects and initiativesCollaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issuesStay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practicesParticipate in training and professional development opportunitiesSkillsAssociate's degree in a related field0-2 years of experience in a related fieldRelevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is requiredFAA Class III Medical Certification required.
