Network Attorney - Estate Planning / Business Formation
Description: We are on the lookout for a passionate Network Attorney ready to offer insightful legal guidance in the realms of estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and various aspects of asset protection law. • Deliver expert legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other relevant legal areas. • Craft essential legal documents, such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other documentation related to estate planning and business formation. • Guide clients in developing and executing strategies aimed at safeguarding and maintaining their assets. Requirements: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the Kansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law. • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable. • Existing private practice. • Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
