NetSuite Analyst

Zoro.com is a leading eCommerce platform offering nearly 12 million tools, parts and supplies for business customers. The NetSuite Analyst will support and monitor the operational aspects of the NetSuite platform, including maintaining users, roles, and permissions, designing reports, and troubleshooting issues. Responsibilities Identify and resolve operational issues with the NetSuite platform Resolve support tickets and follow up on outstanding tickets Aid teams with their NetSuite integrations across the business Regularly monitor the health of the NetSuite platform Actively identify opportunities to leverage NetSuite functionality to improve efficiency Design and develop saved searches, financial reports, KPIs, or dashboards Support the deployment and validation of NetSuite customizations Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations and other enhancements Maintain user roles and permissions adhering to regulatory requirements Perform miscellaneous duties as required Skills Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent related experience 1+ years' experience with the NetSuite platform or equivalent related experience Knowledge of promotions, supply chain, pricing, and accounting principles An enjoyment of technical challenges and eagerness to explore new approaches Proficient with change management processes, policies, and principles An Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in addition to participating in retrospectives focused on identifying contributing causes and providing actionable solutions to prevent them from reoccurring Fault analysis/determination and problem-solving skills are a must Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and status to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent communication, and documentation skills leveraging the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence), ServiceNow and/or SolarWinds Service Desk An understanding of production environments, including the requirement for high availability and team-oriented 24x7 support capabilities Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification is a plus but not required Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans with coverage starting on day one of employment Maternity support programs, nursing benefits, and up to 14 weeks paid leave for birth parents and up to 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents.
