Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to drive business insights.


Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to define and solve business problems.


Communicate data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.


Design, build, and deploy automated data pipelines for continuous data integration.


Conduct data-driven experiments and A/B tests to optimize Netflix's offerings.



Requirements


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.


Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or a similar analytical role.


Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).


Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and modeling techniques.


Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.


Experience working with big data technologies is a plus (Hadoop, Spark).
