What we are looking for:
Passionate teachers/tutors available for online tutoring or with relevant experience. This is a remote position.
Scope of work:
Tutor students online after school hours.
1:1 tutoring with the same child each week for 2 hours (1 hour twice a week).
Set your own schedule but maintain consistency.
Work with grades K-12 in Math and/or Reading
What we require of you:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Teaching Certificate or 2+ years of teaching or 1:1 tutoring experience (student teaching and practicum excluded).
Minimum of 6 hours per week
Computer or tablet.
Access to WIFI.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to help students understand the subject material.
Dependable.
