We’re looking for a GTM Sourcer to help scale our pre and post sales team by identifying and engaging top-tier talent who want to build from scratch, solve hard problems, and make an impact. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leadership to build and execute sourcing strategies that bring exceptional talent to EliseAI.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn top-of-funnel efforts to identify and engage world-class GTM talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean searches, LinkedIn recruiter, Sales Navigator, in-person events, and other creative channelsBuild and maintain strong, diverse pipelines of candidates across GTM (AEs, CSMs, etc.) and revenue operations rolesPartner with GTM and recruiting leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and requirements for open rolesIterate quickly on outreach and targeting strategies based on feedback, hiring trends, and performance dataRepresent EliseAI’s brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates who may not yet know usContribute to the ongoing improvement of sourcing processes and tools, helping us move faster and smarterTrack sourcing metrics and candidate quality to inform data-driven decisions and prioritiesAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements2–5 years of experience in a GTM sourcing role, preferably at a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech companyProven ability to identify and engage highly sought-after GTM talent, especially those who may not be actively job-seekingDeep understanding of sales and customer success roles, org structures, to effectively screen and communicate with candidatesExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open reqs and priorities simultaneouslyHigh EQ and strong communication skills—you know how to craft thoughtful, compelling outreach and build genuine relationshipsSelf-motivated, curious, and always looking for new ways to find great talentWillingness to work in person at our office 5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
