Why This Role Matters
The National Customer Operations Manager (NCOM) sits at the heart of arenaflex’s Inspire Account Team, acting as the critical bridge between our customers, sales organization, and internal service functions. In this strategic position, you will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of equipment, service, and supply‑chain solutions that add tangible value to our customers’ businesses. Your work will directly influence beverage quality, cost efficiency, and revenue growth, positioning arenaflex as the most valued supplier in every partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Customer‑Centric Sales Leadership: Drive the selling of operational products and services, ensuring each customer receives a tailored solution that aligns with their business objectives.
Subject‑Matter Expertise: Serve as the operational SME for a portfolio of national accounts, advising sales, finance, and marketing teams on best‑in‑class practices.
Strategic Planning: Lead short‑ and long‑term operational planning, identifying opportunities to improve beverage quality, reduce costs, and accelerate category growth.
Project Management: Craft detailed project plans—including timelines, forecasts, resource allocations, and financial impact assessments—for key initiatives; orchestrate internal and external project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Annual Business Planning: Develop and manage Net Service Expense and Capital budgets for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with finance to align spend with strategic outcomes.
Cost‑Optimization Solutions: Diagnose drivers of service expense, then design and implement solutions that lower costs, boost equipment reliability, and increase profitability for both the customer and arenaflex.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using arenaflex’s C4V methodology, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.
Influence & Alignment: Build consensus across cross‑functional teams and external partners, ensuring all parties are motivated to achieve shared objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance metrics, solicit feedback, and iterate on processes to sustain high levels of service excellence.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field – required.
Master’s degree (MS/MA/MBA) – preferred for enhanced strategic perspective.
Minimum 3 years of direct customer management or operational stewardship experience, preferably in a face‑to‑face sales environment dealing with senior‑level buyers.
2‑4 years of broad‑based Operations experience, demonstrating ability to manage complex service ecosystems.
2‑4 years of proven Project Management experience, with a track record of delivering on‑time, on‑budget initiatives.
Strong analytical capability, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and insight generation.
